If one of our products does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

As soon as we are aware of the problem, we will do everything we can to correct it (but you have to let us know).

We know your time is valuable so we promise we won not drag our feet.

If the problem can not be fixed, we ask that you return the product for exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (the choice is YOURS). Shipping & Handling charges will not be credited as UPS or USPS still charges us whether you ordered the correct product or not.

Shipping

Flat shipping & handling within U.S.: $5.80;

International shipping please call in for more information.

We will ALWAYS attempt to ship your order the same business day it is placed. At the same time, any orders placed after 3:00 pm Central time may not make that days shipments and will go out the following day. Any orders placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped the following business day. To confirm when your order will be shipped, please emai us or call us.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation may be accepted before shipping.

Special order cannot be cancelled.

 

Return

Our terms and conditions are so generous that we must put some minor restrictions on returns:

Please return all products in original packaging.
Any item not returned in the original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.

For full refund, you must notify us of the problem within 30 days of your receipt and the product must arrive back to us within 45 days of your receipt.

Finally, if you are satisfied with the service you receive from Oriental Secret Garden, please refer us to a friend who might benefit from what we offer.

We will ship merchandises being exchanged within 2 business days after out receipt of original ones.
